BEL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria
- Region: Candidates must belong to the Southern Region – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, or Puducherry.
- Qualification: Degree in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline (graduated on or after 01.01.2021).
- Age Limit: Maximum 25 years (as on 17.06.2025)
- Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwD – 10 years
- Minimum Marks:
- General/OBC: 60% and above
- SC/ST: 50% and above
- Note: Candidates who have completed or are undergoing Apprenticeship training elsewhere are not eligible.
Selection Process
- Based on performance in Written Test only
- Merit-based selection
- Reservations as per Government norms (SC/ST/OBC)

- SSLC / 10th Marks Card
- Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate
- Valid Government ID (Aadhaar)
- Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (for PwD)
Apprentice Benefits at BEL
- Monthly Stipend: ₹17,500/-
- Medical: Free OPD at BEL hospital
- Canteen & Transport: Available on chargeable basis
- Insurance: Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPAI) up to ₹5 lakhs
