Eligibility Criteria for NFC Apprenticeship 2025
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed 10th Class and possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
Age Limit (as on 15.11.2025)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum (General): 25 years
- OBC: 28 years
- SC/ST: 30 years
Who Cannot Apply
- Candidates with postgraduate qualifications.
- Those who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under any organization (Govt/PSU/Private).
Reservation Policy
Reservations for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) will be implemented strictly in line with the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992 (amended).
Candidates claiming reservation must upload valid certificates during registration on the NAPS portal.
Selection Process for NFC Apprenticeship 2025
The NFC Hyderabad selection committee will shortlist candidates based on merit and interview, as per trade:
- For All Trades (Except Electrician):
- Based purely on merit percentage of marks in the ITI qualifying exam.
- In case of a tie, 10th/SSC marks will be used as the tie-breaker.
- For Electrician Trade:
- Selection will be based on an interview.
Shortlisted candidates will receive email communication regarding the date of training commencement.

Important Instructions

Post-Training Certification
