AVNL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Junior Manager:
  • First-class Degree in Environmental Engineering (Min. 6.9 CGPA).
  • Regular/Full-Time degree from a recognized university.
• Diploma Technician:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Tool & Die).
• Junior Technician:
  • NAC/NTC in relevant trade (Turner, Fitter, Machinist, Electrician, etc.).
  • Certificate must be issued by NCVT.

Note:
All courses must be Regular/Full Time. Correspondence, Distance, or Part-Time qualifications are not valid unless AICTE-approved for ODL.

Post Qualification Experience (PPQE)

• Only full-time job experience after acquiring the essential qualification will be considered.
• Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act and on-the-job training (MT/ET/GT) in PSUs will be counted.
• Freelance/Entrepreneurial work will not qualify as experience.

• Pay scale
• Employer’s signature and seal

Minimum Marks Required

Candidates must have 65% marks (relaxable by 10% for SC/ST/PwBD).

AVNL offers a competitive monthly package under the Fixed Tenure Contract (FTC) system. The salary includes Basic Pay + IDA + Special Allowance + OTA (₹3000).
