Important Reservation Note

Due to pending OBC reservation petitions, results for 87% posts will be declared first, and 13% posts later depending on the final judgment. This is clearly mentioned in the notification.

• 10th Pass (High School)
• Regular ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in one of the following trades:

• Machinist
• Fitter
• Welder
• HP Welder
• Mechanic Pump
• Mechanic Vehicle
• Motor Mechanic
• Diesel Mechanic

Minimum Marks Criteria

MPPGCL Plant Attendant Electrical Eligibility 2025 (P02)

10th Pass
ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in:

• Electrician
• Wireman
• Electronics
• Instrumentation

Special Note: COE (Center of Excellence) 2-year NTC from Narmadanagar, Shahdol, Ratlam, Rampura is also valid.

Marks criteria are the same as for Mechanical.

Age Limit for MPPGCL Recruitment 2025

Age Relaxations (MP Domicile Only)

• SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD → +5 years
• MP Govt/Board/Corporation Employees → +5 years
• Vikram Awardees → +5 years
• Ex-Servicemen → Age minus service years (max +3 years benefit)

MPPGCL Plant Attendant Salary 2025

Pay Level 6: ₹25,300 – ₹80,500

During Training & Probation (Stipend Basis)

• 1st year: 70% of minimum pay
• 2nd year: 80%
• 3rd year: 90%

Service Bond

• UR: ₹2,00,000
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD: ₹1,00,000

MPPGCL Plant Attendant Selection Process 2025

Selection is based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) only.

Tie-Breaking Rules

1. Higher age candidate
2. Higher marks in Technical (75 Q)

Special Provision for Primitive Tribes

Candidates belonging to Sahariya, Baiga, Bharia tribes may be appointed without CBT if they meet minimum qualifications. However, they are advised to also appear for CBT.
