Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Special School Teacher Post
Basic Requirements:
- Must be an Indian citizen.
- Bihar domicile required for reservation benefits.
Essential Qualification:
- Passed BSSTET 2023 (Paper I / II).
- Must have a valid CRR number from Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Educational Qualifications:
For Class 1–5:
- 50% in 10+2 or equivalent.
- D.El.Ed. in Special Education or equivalent diploma from RCI-approved institute.
- 6-month cross-disability training required.
For Class 6–8:
- Graduation with 50% marks.
- B.Ed. in Special Education or equivalent from RCI-approved institute.
- 6-month cross-disability training required.

- Total: 150 Marks | Time: 2 hr 30 mins
- Part I (Language – Qualifying): 30 marks
