Apprentice Eligibility Criteria – Who Can Apply?

To become a HAL apprentice, make sure you fulfill these requirements:

  • Education: ITI passed in respective trade from NCVT/SCVT-recognized institutes.
  • Not Eligible: If you’ve already completed apprenticeship training or are registered as an apprentice elsewhere.
  • NAPS Portal Registration: Mandatory at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Your profile should be 100% complete with A0XXXXX registration number.
  • Certificates: Must have original or provisional ITI certificates and SSC mark sheet.
  • Name Match: Your name must match across Aadhaar, NAPS profile, and ITI documents. No spelling variations!
  • Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible.

Reservation Policy for Apprentice Selection

As per Government of India norms:

  • SC – 10%
  • ST – 9%
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 27%
  • EWS – 10%
  • PWD – 4% (minimum 40% disability)

  2. Complete your profile fully and correctly.
  3. Get your Apprentice Registration Number (starts with A0XXXXX).
  4. Ensure your bank account is Aadhaar-seeded for stipend credit.

Step 2: Fill Google Form
